Whether you are working towards a goal or have particular health concerns, we can prescribe a fitness programme tailored to meet your needs.
We get to know our clients well and work with their strengths and strengthen their limitations. For example, you may have diabetes and have circulation concerns, or you may struggle with sore knees or hips. Sometimes we can fix those problems, but sometimes we need to work on developing other muscles to provide support and take the strain off muscle groups and joints that are struggling.
